These terms govern your use of the Exil AI website (exil.ai) and the consultancy services provided by Exil AI, a private AI solutions consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Exil AI provides private AI consultancy and implementation services, including:
- ▸AI architecture design and system planning.
- ▸Deployment of private AI systems on your own infrastructure.
- ▸Ongoing operation, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed systems.
- ▸Training and knowledge transfer to your team.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver effective private AI solutions, clients are responsible for:
- ▸Providing the necessary hardware, cloud infrastructure, or on-premises servers as agreed upon in the project scope.
- ▸Providing timely access to relevant data, documentation, and personnel needed for assessment and implementation.
- ▸Ensuring all content, data, and materials provided to Exil AI are legally owned or properly licensed for the intended use.
Data and Intellectual Property Ownership
All client data, models, configurations, and intellectual property deployed on your infrastructure remain exclusively yours. Exil AI claims no ownership over client data, AI models, or systems deployed on your hardware. Deliverables such as code, configurations, and documentation created during engagement are transferred to you upon project completion and payment.
Confidentiality
Exil AI treats all client information, data, and business details as strictly confidential. We do not disclose, share, or use client information for any purpose beyond delivering the agreed-upon services. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Exil AI provides consultancy and implementation services based on professional expertise and best practices. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance metrics, or business results. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Dubai.
